Explanation
RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit (FIA) identifies whether you have had COVID-19 in the past and currently have antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. We use analyzer device which provides automated and objective results for screening immune response after vaccination with percentage.
Antibodies are proteins that the immune system produces in reaction to viruses such as SARS-CoV-2. Antibodies may take days or weeks to form in the body after being exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus.
IgG antibodies are detected later in the bloodstream. IgG antibodies remain in your blood for a long time after the COVID-19 infection has cleared.
The test detects the development of IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 following immunization. Antibodies against BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson&Johnson, and Sinovac Life Sciences vaccines that trigger an immune response to the spike protein have been discovered.
Important note: The RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit (FIA) determines if you have antibodies against SARS-CoV-2, the generation of which varies from person to person.
How To Use
STEP 1
1. Gently prick the tip of the finger with the help of the lancet within the box.
STEP 2
2.Collect the sample with the help of the plastic dropper within the box.
STEP 3
3.Add 1 drop of specimen to the sample well of the test card by using the dropper.
STEP 4
4.Add 2 drops of sample diluent to the sample well, then wait for 15 minutes.
STEP 5
5. Place the ID Chip. Press “Read ID Chip” part on the screen of the device.
*Foot-note: Dispose of all the materials used during the test to biological waste especially the result of the test is positive.
