How To Use

NT-pro BNP Rapid Test Kit

The Rapidfor™ NT-pro BNP Rapid Test Kit is used to detect N-terminal pro b-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in human serum, plasma, and whole blood samples in vitro. Immunofluorescent assay gives objective and automated results in 15 minutes.
 
 
 
1.Take blood from the arm to a sterile tube. Centrifuge the tube filled with blood. By using a micropipette take 75 microliter of serum sample.
2.Open the sample diluent tube. Add 75 microliter of sample and mix well. By using a micropipette take 100 microliter of sample-diluent mixture.
3. Add 100 microliter sample-diluent mixture to the test cassette and read with the device. Print the result.

2.Open the sample diluent tube. Add 75 microliter of sample and mix well. By using a micropipette take 100 microliter of sample-diluent mixture.
3. Add 100 microliter sample-diluent mixture to the test cassette and read with the device. Print the result.
1a.Take blood from the arm to a sterile tube. By using a micropipette take 75 microliter of whole blood sample.
1b.Gently prick the tip of the finger with the help of the lancet provided within the test box. Collect the sample with the help of the plastic dropper provided within the test box.
2.Open the sample diluent tube. Add 75 microliter of sample and mix well. By using a micropipette take 100 microliter of sample-diluent mixture.
3. Add 100 microliter sample-diluent mixture to the test cassette and read with the device. Print the result.
1.Collect the fecal sample by using sample collection apparatus. Put the collected sample to the extraction buffer tube and wait 2 minutes for the sample to dissolve. Break the cap of the tube at the selected point. Add three drops of sample-extraction buffer mixture to the sample well of the cassette. Read the results after 15 minutes.

Interpretation of the Result

NT-pro BNP Rapid Test Kit

This product can only perform quantitative analysis on the detection object.

Results: Print the results to get an interpretation of the test. Results indicate the concentration with percentages.
