How To Use
Anti-HIV (1/2) Rapid Test Kit
Nasopharyngeal Sampling
1.Remove the swab from the swab packaging. Insert the sterile swab first trans nasally into the nasopharynx until you feel a slight resistance and rotate it 3 times. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril. Open the extraction buffer tube. Put your swap into the tube and rotate the swab 10 times to elute the sample into the buffer. Break off the upper part of the swab with squeezing.2. Close the buffer tube, and gently flip and mix. Open the aluminum package and place the cassette in a flat, dry area. Break off the tip of the cap at the selected point. Add 3 drops of sample-extraction buffer mixture to the sample well and read results after 15 mins.
Serum Sampling

Plasma Sampling
1.Take blood from the arm to a sterile tube. Centrifuge the tube filled with blood. By using a micropipette take 30 microliter of plasma sample.
2.Add 30 microliter of sample to the test cassette. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
Whole Blood Sampling
1a.Take blood from the arm to a sterile tube. By using a micropipette take 30 microliter of whole blood sample.
1b.Gently prick the tip of the finger with the help of the lancet provided within the test box. Collect the sample with the help of the plastic dropper provided within the test box.2a.Add 30 microliter of sample to the test cassette. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
2b. Add 1 drop of sample to the test cassette by using disposable dropper. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
Interpretation of the Result
Anti-HIV (1/2) Rapid Test Kit
This product can only perform qualitative analysis on the detection object.
Ag/Ab Positive Result: If both C, Ag, and Ab lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Ag Positive Result: If both C and Ag lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Ab Positive Result: If both C and Ab lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Negative Result: If the test area (Ag and Ab lines) has no color and the control area displays a colored line, the result is negative and valid.
Invalid Result: The test result is invalid if a colored line does not form in the control region. The sample must be re-tested, using a new test cassette.
