How To Use

Free T4 (FT4) Rapid Test Kit

Rapidfor™ Free T4 (FT4) Rapid Test Kit is specifically created for in vitro quantitative determination of the concentration of free thyroxine (FT4) in human serum, plasma, and whole blood samples. Automated and objective results in 15 minutes by immunofluorescence assay.

1.Remove the swab from the swab packaging. Insert the sterile swab first trans nasally into the nasopharynx until you feel a slight resistance and rotate it 3 times. Repeat the same procedure with the other nostril. Open the extraction buffer tube. Put your swap into the tube and rotate the swab 10 times to elute the sample into the buffer. Break off the upper part of the swab with squeezing.2. Close the buffer tube, and gently flip and mix. Open the aluminum package and place the cassette in a flat, dry area. Break off the tip of the cap at the selected point. Add 3 drops of sample-extraction buffer mixture to the sample well and read results after 15 mins. 

1.Take blood from the arm to a sterile tube. Centrifuge the tube filled with blood. By using a micropipette take 75 microliter of serum sample.
2.Open the sample diluent tube. Add 75 microliter of sample and mix well. By using a micropipette take 100 microliter of sample-diluent mixture.
3. Add 100 microliter sample-diluent mixture to the test cassette and read with the device. Print the result.

Interpretation of the Result

Results: Print the results to get an interpretation of the test. Results indicate the concentration with percentages.
