Explanation
RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit detects whether you had COVID-19 in the past and now have antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 the virus causes COVID-19.
Antibodies are proteins produced by the immune system in response to viruses such as SARS-CoV-2. After being exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus, antibodies could take days or weeks to generate in the body.
IgG antibodies appears later in the blood. IgG antibodies stay in your blood long after the COVID-19 infection goes away.
The test is used to detect the production of IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 after vaccination. Antibodies can be found against BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson&Johnson, and Sinovac Life Sciences vaccinations that induce an immune response against to the spike protein.
Note: RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit identifies whether you have antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 whose production is relatively dependent from human to human.

How To Use
Rapidfor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit is designed for qualitative in vitro detection of IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 in serum/plasma/whole blood sample. The test illustrates if antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 had been produced in the body after vaccination.
STEP 1
1. Take blood and obtain plasma by centrifuge. Pick up a disposable dropper to collect one drop of sample.
STEP 2
2. Take blood and obtain serum by centrifuge. Pick up a disposable dropper to collect one drop of sample.
STEP 3
3. Take blood and pick up a disposable dropper to collect one drop of sample. OR Gently prick the tip of the finger with the help of the lancet provided within the test box.
STEP 4
4. Add one drop of blood to the well.
STEP 5
5. Open the extraction buffer tube.
STEP 6
6. Add two drops of extraction buffer to the well and read results after 15 mins.
Interpretation of the Result
This product can only perform qualitative analysis on the detection object.
IgG Positive Result: If both C and IgG lines are visible within 15 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Negative Result: If test area (IgG line) has no color and the control area displays a colored line, the result is negative and valid.
Invalid Result: The test result is invalid if a colored line does not form in the control region. The sample must be re-tested, using a new test cassette.
Positive Result: If both C and T lines are visible within 15 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Negative Result: If test area (T line) has no color and the control area displays a colored line, the result is negative and valid.
Invalid Result: The test result is invalid if a colored line does not form in the control region. The sample must be re-tested, using a new test cassette.
*Foot-note: Dispose of all the materials used during the test to biological waste especially the result of the test is positive.
Usage Areas
Each of us should play a role in reducing the danger of the COVID-19 spreading and resuming economic and social activities in a safe environment.
Anyone who desires to attend a place where certain events, businesses, or activities are being organized must perform the COVID-19 test. To attend an event, test results must be provided within 72 hours. It is everyone's responsibility to stop the COVID-19 from spreading.
The test provides a qualitative result presenting colored bands which show the presence of IgG antibody against COVID-19 (SARS CoV-2) through serum/plasma/whole blood sample. Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit is used for screening purposes in many places such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, airports, hotels, restaurants, schools, and production facilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
The term “Neutralizing Antibodies” refers to antibodies that ensure viral suppression. Spike (S) protein is the target of neutralizing antibodies generated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit is a tool for evaluating the functionality or efficiency of these antibodies.
RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit has been shown to have greater than 95% accuracy in clinical trials. Please refer to the “Instruction for Use (IFU)” for more details.
You should be cautious when piercing your finger. You must not proceed any further. The objective of this procedure is to get a little quantity of blood that will be sufficient for antibody detection. Stop the treatment and seek medical care if you experience any pain.
Yes, provided your test results show that you have developed long-term immunity to SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection due to IgG antibodies that can stay in the blood and ensure long-term protection.
The RapidFor™ SARS-CoV-2 Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit is used to detect the formation of IgG Neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 after vaccination. Immunity response from BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Johnson&Johnson, and Sinovac Life Sciences vaccines have been identified, triggering an immune response to the S1 subunit of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2.
Please read the instruction manual thoroughly before taking the test. After removing the test cassette from the foil wrapper, the procedure should be finished in 15 minutes. After usage, recap the buffer solution as soon as feasible. Samples should be obtained using standard clinical procedures and avoid hemolysis. Samples with obvious hemolysis, lipohemia, or jaundice should not be utilized. The samples should be utilized as soon as possible after being collected (within half an hour).
The positive test result refers to that your body develops immune response against SARS-CoV-2 virus after vaccination.
Your immunity level against to SARS-CoV-2 may not be sufficient enough to monitoring by RapidFor™ Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit. However, please keep in mind that IgG neutralizing antibodies against to SARS-CoV-2 can take for a while and can differ from human to human, which means that negative results may occur in samples collected too soon following immunization. Please have another test within a week.
The test cassette is not intended to be used more than once. It’s not a good idea to test another sample using the same cassette.
Put everything you used, including the lancets, back into aluminum foil. Lancets (the tool used to puncture your finger) can cause serious injury and spread blood-borne diseases. Return all used and unused lancets with your blood sample. Lancets should be thrown away, not recycled. Keep pets and children out of reach. Dispose all the materials used during the test to biomedical waste if you have access to one.
