Break off the upper part of the swab with squeezing.

2.Add 30 microliter of sample to the test cassette. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
Whole Blood Sampling

1b.Gently prick the tip of the finger with the help of the lancet provided within the test box. Collect the sample with the help of the plastic dropper provided within the test box.2a.Add 30 microliter of sample to the test cassette. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
2b. Add 1 drop of sample to the test cassette by using disposable dropper. Open sample diluent tube and add 2 drops of diluent to the test cassette. Read results after 15 minutes.
Interpretation of the Result
This product can only perform qualitative analysis on the detection object.
IgG/IgM Positive Result: If both C, IgG, and IgM lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
IgG Positive Result: If both C and IgG lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
IgM Positive Result: If both C and IgM lines are visible within 10 minutes, the test result is positive and valid.
Negative Result: If the test area (IgG and IgM lines) has no color and the control area displays a colored line, the result is negative and valid.
Invalid Result: The test result is invalid if a colored line does not form in the control region. The sample must be re-tested, using a new test cassette.
